After many years of working in the airline business, I decided to follow my dream of having a business in real estate sales.  I entered the industry in 1991 and in 1994 received my broker’s license.  As a Realtor, I consistently met my personal goals in residential sales and achieved “Sales Person of the Year” and ”Rookie of the Year” in 1992.  I ranked in the top 5% for Prudential Real Estate Sales nation-wide and earned their Pinnacle and Leading Edge awards.  As a consistent member of the 5 million dollar plus Club, I have earned several Client Service awards. 

In November of 2000, my wife, Trudy and I decided to open our own real estate company with the philosophy of providing “Quality Five Star Service” to our clients and customers while demonstrating a high level of personal integrity.  Today, we have two offices on Oahu, the Kahala Office, which is located on the east side of Oahu and the Pearlridge Office, located on the west side.  The offices were opened with the thought of providing island wide service with convenience to our clients and customers. Currently, I manage the Pearlridge Office of up to 8 full-time experienced agents, who focus their business in west Oahu and the famous surfing area, North Shore.

Since 1991, I am a member of the Honolulu Board of Realtors, the Hawaii Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors.  I have earned my Certified Residential Specialist designation (CRS) in 2001 and joined the local CRS Chapter.   Currently, I am currently working toward my Certified Real Estate Broker Manager (CRB) designation.

I enjoy working with people and helping them reach their real estate goals.  My client services include managing their needs throughout their real estate life cycle, as they grow from a condominium to a single family home, and into investment properties.  Then in their autumn years, a possible downsize to a smaller home or assisting their children in buying their first home.  People are my business and most gratifying.
